Diciembre con todo lo mejor para las familias de la provincia de Misiones con un toque especial en cada zona de los Mercados Concentradores de Posadas, Oberá y Eldorado con el apoyo del Instituto de Fomento Agropecuario e Industrial (IFAI), se trabajó conjuntamente durante todo el año 2023, y en consecuencia se concretaron entregas y beneficios para los trabajadores de los tres mercados con muy buenos resultados.

Este último tramo del mes se prepara con festividades para las familias productoras. Iniciando así, el 8 de diciembre como es tradicional se conmemora la Inmaculada Concepción de la Virgen María y es un buen motivo para armar el árbol navideño en vísperas de las Fiestas de fin de año. Además, con un Espíritu de paz, Amor y Esperanza, los tres Mercados abrirán sus puertas en cada zona a partir del sábado 9 de diciembre.

A su vez, el 24 y 31 los Mercados Concentradores atenderán en sus horarios habituales esperando a clientes y amigos con variedades en decoraciones Navideñas y en cada sector con precios y promociones para estar presentes en cada mesa familiar.
MERCADO CONCENTRADOR POSADAS SECTOR FRUTIHORTÍCOLA
Cabe mencionar que hace un mes atrás el Directorio del IFAI, reunido en la institución se mostraron muy contentos con los avances y resultados de las comercializaciones en los tres Mercados, y la calidad de la producción local en frutihortícola, cárnicos, embutidos y lácteos, también Pre elaborados y la mano de obra en Artesanías y emprendimientos varios.
De esta manera se puede decir que los Mercados son un modelo a seguir porque cumplen con todas las normas de regulación para Productores y Emprendedores que venden en forma directa sin intermediarios y un Gobierno Provincial que facilita este sistema de ventas en la provincia de Misiones abriendo un espacio sin costo y con todos los servicios que incluyen desde iluminación, limpieza, sanitarios, insumos y controles bromatológicos y asistencia en sus huertas y plantaciones con Ingenieros Agrónomos y Técnicos especializados.
Por otra parte, se agradece a los Productores que eligen trabajar en los Mercados Concentradores zonales, contando con el acompañamiento de cada administrador/a que facilita la coordinación con el Instituto de Fomento Agropecuario e Industrial (IFAI), para que de manera armoniosa se logre dar un valor agregado a la economía circular.
